Tailwaggers Trick or Treat

Mark your calendars now for the Tailwagger’s Trick-or-Treat to take place on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at beautiful Buchanan Park! We’re doing things a little different this year! At the request of many supporters, we’re transforming the Tailwagger’s Trot into the Tailwagger’s Trick-or-Treat, a family fun fall festival with music, animal contests, and an all-around good time. This event is completely free and open to the public thanks to corporate sponsors! Grab a leash, grab your kids (two-legged and four) and swing by for an afternoon of fun and games! Dress to impress, because we’re offering great prizes for Best Pet Costume, Best Child Costume, Best Human Costume, Best Pet & Human Duo and Best Group. Get the whole gang together and strut your silliest or scariest costumes! It’s sure to be a howling good time! Face painting, a Halloween-themed photo booth, story-telling, crafts and more will have children dancing with delight between visits to vendor booths and their candy bowls. Enjoy music provided by official radio partner Fun 101.3, munch on delicious food truck fare, and stop by Humane PA’s table for information about its shelters, vet hospitals, programs and more.
